I&E

Work, family, responsibilities, stress. It’s not about pushing through. When did you last set it all down?

Most men are carrying something… most of us tired, but you’ll never hear it out loud.

You’re carrying more than you’d ever say out loud.

Most men are. The weight of the work, relationships, and all the things you just keep pushing through. It piles up. And somewhere along the way, you stopped finding the pace that felt right. You can’t remember the last time you actually exhaled.

You don’t need another thing added to your plate. You need space.

Space to breathe. Space to think. Space to hear something true about who you are and why you’re here. All without someone standing over you, making it feel forced. If faith has felt distant, complicated, or something that just hasn’t had room in your life lately, you’re not alone.

Iron and Ember, the Gathering

A 4-night ranch gathering for men who are ready to step away from the noise.

July 28-August 2, 2026

Set on the banks of the Piedra River in the mountains of Southwest Colorado. You’ll pack horses, set camp, and ride through some of the most beautiful country in the west. You’ll sit around a fire with good men who get it. No pressure. No performance. Come as you are.

Accompanied by a cowboy minister who knows the land, and knows what men carry. We’ll talk about faith, and getting closer to God in a way that feels honest and grounded, not rehearsed.

What you’ll take away

Renewed Energy Setting it all down doesn’t mean abandoning care or shirking duty. It means giving yourself a deliberate pause: placing the saddle beside the fence, unbuckling the girth, stepping away from the rhythm long enough to recharge and rest.

[Re]Connection This isn’t about doing more, this is about resting deeply, reconnecting with yourself and faith, and remembering who you are beneath it all. Through nature, horses, and prayer, you’ll [re]discover the spirit within you.

Owning your story Come back to yourself with activities designed to remind you of your beginnings and your story. This isn’t about escape, this is about you and your journey.

Steps towards your next chapter Through connection and taking time, you’ll connect with what you’re working towards, and have steps towards the future you want.

Meet Tanner

Tanner Memory is at home in the wild places most people never reach. His work is built around the wrench: fixing, building, and maintaining what's needed far beyond the pavement, where self-reliance still matters and the land sets the rules.

Over years spent in the backcountry, Tanner found something a lot of men are still looking for; peace, clarity, and a sense of who he actually is. Those long days, hard miles, and quiet moments didn't just shape his work. They shaped him.

Now he's putting that experience to use for other men who are ready for the same thing. Not escape. Not a vacation. A return to something real, themselves, stillness, and the kind of clarity that only comes when the noise finally stops.

Tanner built Iron and Ember because he believes men need spaces like this, and because he knows firsthand what the wild can do for a man who's willing to show up.

If you've been feeling worn down, stretched thin, or you just know it's time — this might be exactly where you need to be.
